In an email interview with Associated Press, political cheif of the Terror LTTE unit, Balasingham Nadesan said LTTE did not believe they were facing imminent defeat.

“We have made several strategic withdrawals in order to save the lives of our people and maintain the strength of our forces. When the time and place is conducive, we will regain the land we have lost,”

Its been a usual statement from Nadesan. Every time when LTTE have lost its bastion to the Army, it has been “Strategic Withdrawal” for Nadesan. Its no wonder if he dubbed up-coming defeat in Paranthan also  as one of their “Strategic Withdrawal”.

The obvious question here is, who he is trying to fool? Innocent Tamil Civilians? LTTE supporters in abraod? or People in Tamil Nadu? It is certain that LTTE have lost many of the funds flowing from abroad. That is becasue they know that those were not “Strategic Withdrawals” but DEFEATES.

Nadesan is still keen to have that money again. And we all know that he is trying hard for it, by sending many email interview to BBC/Associated Press telling them how beautifully LTTEhave withdrawal from those lands.

In his message, he again said that LTTE is ready for peace talks with Government. It has been a old-tape from the Terror unit of LTTE to call for peace talks. Every time when LTTE is in the verge of major defeat, they have agreed to come to peace talks. By doing that, they gain their time to re-group and re-arm their organization.
